Marc Anthony True Professional Deep Hydrating Treatment
Rated: 2/5.!
So, in my Ipsy bag for August, I received the dreaded challenging item for me... A conditioner. Marc Anthony True Professional
Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco Deep Hydrating Treatment to be exact (Boy that is a mouth full.!) I have very difficult hair to work with, as it's long, thick, naturally curly, and just doesn't love to try out new products very often. Every time I'm sent conditioners (without an accompanying shampoo) to try, I hold off forever to try them because my hair hates it. This was no different.. The first time I used it, my hair looked soooo gross and greasy the immediate next day (Which is not good for someone who does not wash their hair daily.!) I had horrible build up on my scalp from it, and I was just not a fan. I sucked it up though and I tried it again a few days later. This just didn't do much for my hair at all. I didn't have the same dirty feel and build up the second time (avoided it getting on my scalp) but it didn't make my hair feel any softer or hydrated, at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure my hair felt very dry after. I just wasn't a fan of this product at all. I'm sure someone with more normal hair may have better luck, but I won't be using this again.

Josie Maran Whipped Mud Mask
Rated: 2/5
I really wanted to like this Josie Maran Whipped Mud Mask in Vanilla Apricot that I got in my Ipsy bag for August, but truthfully, I just did not. It felt weird on my face after a few minutes, smelt bad, and dried my hands out terribly after I rinsed it off of them. But, it generally just didn't do much for me. My skin didn't really feel any softer, it felt exactly like it does after I wash it. Which, makes sense since it wants you to apply this to an already cleansed and still moist face... I actually applied a moisturizer (which I very rarely do) to my skin after using this because I'm a little worried about it drying my face out the way it did my hands. I'm sure others have had better experiences with this product, well at least I'd hope someone has good experiences if they paid for this $48 mud mask. But, all in all, I can't imagine rating this higher than a 2, and I'm thankful it was just an item in my $10 Ipsy bag. There was about 2 applications in this .24 oz bottle, so maybe I'll give it another try one day, and if there's any difference then, update this review.

Rodial Smokey Eye Pen
Rated: 4.5/5.!
In my August Ipsy Glam Bag, I received a really great eye liner from the UK brand Rodial. It's a "smokey eye pen", so it's designed to smudge very easily when applied to and around the eye. I use it in my water line and on my lid. It smudges incredibly well, and goes on very smooth in the water liner. It lasts all day with only a little bleed under my eyes, which is wonderful.! One thing that really threw me off right out of the bag though, is that although the bottom of this eyeliner appears like it would be a twist liner, it isn't. The tube is also made of plastic, so assuming you're meant to sharpen it is a bit confusing. I've tried looking online with no luck, so I guess I'll just try to figure it out more when the time comes. The bit of bleed and sharpening confusion is what I deducted half a point for, but over all, I really love this stuff.! I plan to continue using it regularly.

Ciaté London Paint Pot Nail Polish
Rated: 3/5.!
In my August Ipsy Glam Bag, I received this Ciate London Paint Pot nail polish in the color Spinning Teacup, I was quite excited because I thought this color was gorgeous. A little more grey than it looks in the bottle, it's still very pretty. But, the polish formula isn't my favorite. The brush included is very thick, which makes the polish feel globby when trying to apply, although the polish itself is actually quite thin and runny. The color also isn't very opaque unless you apply a good amount of coats. So, over all, I'd give this polish a 3 out 5. I plan to keep it in my collection as I really like the color, but it's not a brand I'd go out and personally buy again.

Product Review: Bissell 3-in-1 Stick Vacuum
This post is imported from my old blog, so this includes an old post template. It has been edited some since the original post, but it still contains my full honest opinion on this product. Stay tuned for new content with a fresh new look.! :)
Today I am going to do my first review on a product I actually purchased from Walmart. This review is 100% my own and honest opinion on this product. I do not make a profit from any purchases you make from any of the links I include in this post, I just include them for your convenience to find out more about these incredible products. The product I'm reviewing today is the Bissell 3-in-1 Stick Vacuum.
So one thing I immediately noticed about this vacuum that took me by surprise was how strong the sucking power is.! It's not very noisy, but it will suck up anything quickly.! I love to use it whenever my dog has knocked over her food bowl (all the time) to pick up any stray pieces of food that may of rolled away, it gets them up so easily. My number one use for it though is all the stray dog hair chunks that are all over the house (if you've every owned a husky, you know the struggle of the dog fur everywhere when they're shedding.!) It will suck them up from anywhere with such ease. It's incredible.!
The biggest thing that honestly grabbed my attention when I was first looking for a vacuum was the fact this one came in so many great colors. I bought mine in the teal (my favorite color.!) but it also comes in pink, silver, and orange. There is definitely a color for everybody.! It's also incredibly light, small, and if you break it down and put it back into its original box it can store very tiny (even though it's very small when all put together.! It takes up the same space as a broom for me.!)
- One of the best multi-surface vacuums I've ever used, it really works better than a broom on my hardwood floors.!
- Breaks down into just a hand vacuum, or could be used a hand vacuum with the stick still in place (I do this to get the best sucking with more reach, I use it to clean alongside and under the bed and not be restricted by the vacuum head)
- So light and small, it takes no space to store
- Very, very inexpensive.
- Easy to clean out (and actually holds a decent amount of dirt and junk before needing to be dumped)
- Cute color variety.!
One thing I failed to pay attention to when buying this vacuum is that the head does not have brushes, which I have included a photo with the way the head-piece looks underneath because no one has shared one online from what I've seen. Unfortunately, I've not had luck really cleaning my carpet with this vacuum due to it, but that could also be because my rug is in desperate need of a go-over with a full-sized/powered vacuum to pick up all the dog fur that is deeply embedded into it. It does incredible on my hardwood floors (it really does have great suction, it gets the fur from behind the TV stand with incredible ease) but so far I haven't had much luck on my carpets unless it's fur chunks, not fur deep into the rug. Other than that, it's really great.! I've had no other problems.
So to finish up today's review, I would give the Bissell 3-in-1 Stick Vacuum
❤❤❤❤ 4 out of 5 beating hearts ❤❤❤❤ .!
If I had more luck with my rug, I would definitely give this vacuum 5 hearts, hands down. But, with my current usage and experience, and it's quality for the price, I feel it deserves a very strong 4 hearts.
