Suave Honey Infusion Strengthening Shampoo, Conditioner, and Leave-In Conditioner

A few weeks ago Crowdtap sent me Suave's new Suave Honey Infusion Strengthening Shampoo, Conditioner, and Leave-In Conditioner to try out.! I have previously used another brands honey line and really enjoyed it, so I was excited to try out Suave's version. I like the shampoo and conditioner, they work well. They lather up really nicely without needing a ton to wash my hair, which is great. The leave in conditioner is nice too, but I personally don't love leave in conditioners (I hate the application process.!) and they always make my hair feel dirty too quick for my liking. Over all, I really like this stuff, and so does my husband. He's been using it, and as much as he thinks he's being sneaky, he's failing because the smell is very clear and obvious.! Lol.!

Listerine Total Care Zero Anticavity Mouthwash

Recently I got a sample bottle of the Listerine Total Care Zero Anticavity Mouthwash in flavor Fresh Mint from Crowdtap.! I'm not gonna lie, at first, I was pretty freaked out to try this mouthwash after seeing some reviews of it. They're not pretty, folks.! But, now that I've had it and used it a few times, I'm not sure what everyone is freaking out about. Granted, they very well could of adjusted the formula to fix what everyone is having problems with, but either way, I've had a good experience overall with this mouthwash. I love how much easier on my mouth it is than others due to it not having any alcohol in the formula. There's no intense burn or weird tingling like some brands can have. Not to mention that I 100% believe in their claims of this mouthwash helping restore enamel and strengthen your teeth. Before I received this sample in, I was having some bad sensitivity in my front teeth (which is not something I've really had before) and they were starting to look a little.. well, see through, at the bottom. Freaked. Me. Out.! After just two days of using this mouthwash, the sensitivity in not only my front teeth, but some of my other teeth that I know aren't in the best shape, has pretty much completely gone away and they don't look nearly as see through any more. I'm going to be using this mouthwash until the bottle is empty if it's really helping my teeth this much.!

Robitussin 12 Hour Cough Relief: Grape Flavor

Another great Robitussin product that saved my husband this month.? The 12 Hour Cough Relief medicine that I got thanks to Crowdtap. Though the flavor Grape was NOT good tasting (he complained it left a mucusy flavor and taste in his mouth, can't speak on if the Orange flavor is any better) it still worked great. It kicked in fairly quickly like the Cough+Chest Congestion formula did, and one full dose lasted him all day. We still have a good bit of the bottle left too, just incase one of us develops another cough soon.!

Robitussin Cough+Chest Congestion DM

Thanks to Crowdtap  and Robitussin's Cough+Chest Congestion DM medicine, my husband was able to get through his work days recently without trying to cover up a bad dry cough.! We've had some crazy weather here recently, and with that, a lot of stuffy noses and coughs going on. My poor husband was coughing like crazy until I decided to give him a dose of this stuff, and within minutes his cough was silent.! He told me that this had a really good flavor, which made getting him to take it so much easier, haha. It suppressed his cough for a good while, just needing one dose to get him through work without any problems. I'm very impressed.! The bottle didn't last long at all though. I was giving him the recommended adult dose, and the bottle only lasted about 4 days (with two doses a day, though I didn't give him that many every time.) Otherwise, with how well this works, it'll definitely be the first cough medicine I reach for now anytime I'm in need.!

Paper Mate Ink Joy Gel Pens

I received two of the new Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens from Crowdtap a few months back.! These pens are supposed to be quicker drying than average gel pens, to prevent smearing. I have used these pens a lot since receiving them, and I definitely agree with that claim.! I haven't had any issues with smudges, and these pens write so smooth.! They are my favorite for making up my grocery list as they are so colorful and fun, but also write so easily. I plan to pick up a few in black for my fiance to replace his normal work gel pens.!

L'Oreal Paris: Extraordinary Oil Curls System

A couple of months ago I received the full L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Oil system for Curls from Crowdtap.! This system included the shampoo, conditioner, and Re-Nourish Mask, all in full sized bottles. I LOVED this stuff.! I used the shampoo and conditioner until the very last drop.! I still have some of the mask left, because you don't need to use it too often, but I do use it at least once a month when my hair is feeling particularly dry. This stuff was incredible.! It makes your hair feel so soft, and it helped my curls feel weightless and actually curly again.! I really can't say enough good things about these products. If you have curly hair, buy this.!

Arm & Hammer Spin Brush/Truly Radiant Toothpaste

A few months back I received an awesome package from Crowdtap. It included a full size Arm and Hammer Spinbrush, a full size Truly Radiant toothpaste to try out, and two sample sizes of the toothpaste to share. I have used these products for a good bit now and I really like them.! Though I do  have a few complaints about the toothbrush. It is incredibly loud when on, which can be a problem for anyone trying to get ready near any light sleepers. It also has a bit of a design flaw. While it's awesome that you can remove and swap out the heads, they also allow some water inside the open area where it locks onto the base. I remove the head after every use to dry this area out, and this has caused it to be difficult to lock my head back into place, and sometimes it's difficult to remove. That aside though, this is an awesome toothbrush that isn't too rough on my gums.! This toothpaste has also made my mouth feel incredibly clean and fresh, and I plan to purchase it when my free product runs out.!

Haagen-Dazs White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle

A few weeks ago I received a full value coupon to try out my choice of Haagen-Dazs' new ice cream flavors. I chose to try the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, which to my surprise, was a very very creamy ice cream. The texture was a nice surprise, and the flavors were spot on. The chocolate truffle chunks in it were a really great addition. The raspberry flavor was quite strong for my liking, but I'm also not a huge raspberry fan, so that's probably why. Overall, I really enjoyed it, and I'd love to try out the other flavors they offer, as I really liked the ice creams texture. I definitely recommend this particular one though if you like raspberry.!

Advil PM

I received some sample packs of Advil PM through Crowdtap the other day, and got the chance to try it out last night.! Each sample pack contains two pills (kind of on the large size, so if you don't do well with pills, you probably will struggle with these.) and while usually I don't always take the recommended dose of things, I went ahead and took both because I really needed a good nights sleep despite my back pain. I did everything else as I usually do before bed, but noticed myself falling asleep MUCH quicker than usual last night. I have a bad habit of waking up at least once every night, and sometimes just not being able to get back to sleep no matter what I try, and after taking Advil PM I slept right through with no interruptions.! Didn't even budge when my fiance got out of bed.! I woke up feeling very refreshed and well rested.! I was still a little sore in my lower back, but I was definitely not feeling anything when I went to sleep last night. Really happy with these results.!

Cottonelle Clean Care Toliet Paper

I am comparing the amount of toilet paper received in a pack of Cottonelle's Clean Care toilet paper against Charmin UltraStrong. Both are double rolls.

I received a 4 pack of Cottonelle's Clean Care toilet paper for reviewing purposes.

Cottonelle's double roll includes 208 single ply sheets per roll,
Charmins UltraStrong includes 154 2 ply sheets per roll. While yes, the Charmin is double ply, I promise you there is no difference against the strength and durability of Cottonelle. I typically purchase by sales, which is why I currently have Charmin, but I love Cottonelle's Aloe infused toilet paper, and it is GREAT.

Product Review: Clinique 3-Step Skin Care System

Today I am going to review a product I received for free to try through Crowdtap. This review is 100% my own and honest opinion on this product. So one really great thing about the 3-Step System with Clinique is that you can take a skin type quiz to figure out which products would be best for YOU and your skin concerns. They have something for everything and everybody, and want to make sure that you buy what YOU can use, not what just everyone can.! I had to take this quiz prior to receiving my sample so they'd be able to send me the correct system, but unfortunately I don't think I received the correct one for my skin type - NOT on their fault, completely by my own. You'll hear more about why I believe this happened later on, though.

I was SO excited to try this product out when I signed up for it, I'm always trying to find something that will help me with my skin care concerns so when I saw this, I jumped at it.! The face wash and cleansing lotion leave your skin feeling absolutely amazing.!

So my first impressions with the face wash were that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.! It leaves me feeling so clean.! The second step to the system, which is the Clarifying Lotion, leaves my skin feeling amazing. If I was ment to stop there, I'd be pleased and ready to take on the world. But, there is a third step to the system, which is where I think I did my quiz incorrectly and got the wrong skin type - I recieved the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+™ - which, when I use on most of my face, leaves me feeling very sticky and oily. I've started only using it in certain areas (like over my cheeks, on my nose, and through/in between my eyebrows) and it's helped with cutting down the oily look a lot, but it's still very sticky feeling on my skin. I don't think I really needed much moisturizing, so I think I made a mistake with my quiz, and I'm closer to a Skin Type 3.
I wasn't the absolute best about doing the system twice a day as it instructs to, I tried to do it twice daily, but sometimes tiredness just got the best of me and I'd fall asleep before doing the second go (which, those nights I was lucky if I took my makeup off, some nights I didn't even make it that far.) I don't know if this made a huge impact on how well the system the worked for me or not, but I personally didn't see any major differences in my skin since using this system compared to my normal $4 face wash. Again, this could entirely be due to receiving the wrong system, but I will say, I will definitely still be using the first two steps of this until they run out because I felt they worked the best, and if I'm feeling particularly dry I will break the moisturizing lotion out as well. I would definitely still recommend this to friends and family, I'd just advise them to pay close attention to their quiz.!

Parts of it worked better for me than others, and for those two products on its own I think it'd receive a 5/5, but I really disliked the Step 3 product I received and I feel it made a difference on how well this worked for me.!

Product Review: Folgers Flavors™ Coffee Enhancers

I am going to review a product I received for free to try through Crowdtap. This review is 100% my own and honest opinion on this product. I do want to note that, although I did sample each product I'm reviewing today, I am not a big coffee fan, so I have acquired the help of my fiance (who is a coffee fan) to make sure this review isn't biased at all by coffee-dislike, haha.!

So not only do these Flavor Enhancers smell really yummy, they add some really great flavor to your coffee.! We tried every flavor brewed with Gevalia Colombia blend K-Cups, and thought they were a fantastic addition to the otherwise everyday coffee.

So I decided that because this package came with multiple flavors for us to try out, I'd use a rating scale for each with a few topics to get a better view of how we liked each one.
This rating scale is done on a 1 (being the lowest "needs work") to 5 ("Loved it.!") scale;

One thing we definitely discovered through some trial and error of this product is that the "one squirt" instructions on the bottle isn't super helpful and we ended up adding too much, causing it to not taste very good. So we started using half a teaspoon measured out to our cups and it resulted in a much better flavor mixture with the coffee. I also wish they offered some kind of a citrus flavor, because I think it'd make for a great breakfast flavor.!

While these are a great idea, and some of the flavors are really great, we do wish they had another option with something more citrus-y. They overall are great, and each bottle honestly lasts quite a while. Just make sure you're measuring out the amount so you don't get over-flavored like we did, lol.!

One thing I REALLY loved about these are how clean they leave you feeling. The "wetness" from the wipe dries on your skin super quick, without leaving your skin feeling dry, soapy, or gross.! They are very soft, they smell great, and really feel relieving on a sore bum (you can read more on this below).!

So I know I mentioned above how clean they leave your skin feeling, but does that mean that they really do the job of cleaning.? Well, yes they do.!! I thought these were amazing at what they were designed to do. In Fact, I think they do such a good job (and leave your skin feeling so nice) I even use these for removing my make-up from time to time. They work really well for that because they don't leave my skin feeling oily or dry, they really clean up all my make-up well, and they smell so nice that I always have to stop and sniff it before I wipe off my eye make-up, haha.! 

Some things to get your heart beating about.!

• They're alcohol, soap, and oil free, which explains why they do not leave skin feeling dry.!
• They're totally flushable, sewer AND septic tank safe.!
